Bellkirk is an AI phone receptionist service for local trade businesses, operated by Norbound Labs LLC (“Bellkirk,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email hello@bellkirk.com.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide when you sign up: business name, your name, email address, mobile phone number, and billing details (payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card number).
• Call information from calls our receptionist answers on your behalf: caller name and callback number, the service requested, preferred appointment time, and a summary of the call, so we can book the job and alert you.
• Usage information such as log data and basic analytics needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

• To answer and route your calls, book appointments, and notify you of new jobs.
• To send you account, booking, and appointment notifications by email and SMS.
• To provide support, process payments, and improve and secure the service.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in during onboarding, we send you SMS alerts about calls your AI receptionist answers and jobs it books, plus booking and appointment confirmations. Message frequency varies based on your call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase — you may choose email-only notifications instead.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we handle your information

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email, and telephony, is permitted only to operate Bellkirk for you. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it. You can request deletion of your data by emailing hello@bellkirk.com.

Your choices

• Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
• Switch to email-only notifications by contacting us.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “last updated” date above.
