Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bellkirk, an AI phone receptionist service operated by Norbound Labs LLC (“Bellkirk,” “we,” “us”). By signing up for or using Bellkirk, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Bellkirk answers calls to a phone number provisioned for your business, collects caller details, books appointments, and notifies you of new jobs. Features depend on your plan. We may update or improve the service over time.

Billing

Bellkirk is offered on a monthly subscription following a free trial. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There is no long-term contract.

SMS messaging program terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in during onboarding, you agree to receive text messages from Bellkirk related to your account and the jobs your AI receptionist handles.

• Program: Bellkirk sends alerts about calls answered and jobs booked, and booking and appointment confirmations.
• Message frequency: varies based on your call and booking volume.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@bellkirk.com.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use email-only notifications instead.

You provide your consent to receive these messages directly to Bellkirk; it is not bundled into any other agreement and is not a condition of purchase. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging (SMS) consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Affiliate marketing and third-party lead-generation messaging are not permitted on this program.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Bellkirk only for lawful business purposes and to comply with all applicable laws, including telemarketing and messaging regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information and phone numbers you provide.

Disclaimers and liability

Bellkirk is provided “as is.” We do our best to answer and book reliably, but we do not guarantee that every call will be answered or every booking captured without error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norbound Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
